How booking works here
We keep visits in your area on the same days. Book a day we’re already working near you and save €20 on the booking page. A new day opens at least a week ahead.
Carlow, Muine Bheag and Kilkenny are close to our base in Portlaoise: book any free day. Enniscorthy, Gorey, New Ross and Wexford have area days.

Travel from our base in Portlaoise: the first 100 km by road are free, then €0.60 per km. The booking page works it out for your address.

Manufacturer warranty: DUCO 2.5 years and Vent-Axia 2 years on the electronic components, 5 years on the fans for both. We service Vent-Axia, DUCO, Zehnder ComfoAir, PAUL, Aereco and Renson units, whoever installed them.

How often should an MVHR be serviced?
Every 2 years. Change the filters every year; you can do that yourself.
Why are some days cheaper?
When we are already working within 25 km of you that day, you save €20. The booking page shows those days.
Do I need to be at home?
Yes. We need to reach the unit, often in the attic or hot press, and every room with a valve.
Can you repair my unit?
