We provide mechanical ventilation services and related home-renovation works in Ireland. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our website or contact us.

2) What personal data we collect and why

We only collect what we need for legitimate business purposes or with your consent.

a) Contact forms & quotations

• Data: name, email, phone, address/project location, project details, files you upload.
• Purpose: respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver services, customer support.
• Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract; our legitimate interests (running our business); consent where applicable.

b) Comments (if enabled)

• Data: the data shown in the comment form, IP address and browser user‑agent (for spam detection).

c) Media uploads

• Avoid uploading images with embedded EXIF GPS location data. Visitors may download and extract location data from images on the site.

• Accounts: profile information is stored for as long as your account exists (you can edit or delete your information at any time, except username).
• Enquiries/Quotes/Project records: kept for up to 6 years to comply with tax, accounting, and warranty obligations, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.
